2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you submit, upload, link to, or otherwise distribute through the platform. This includes, without limitation: text posts, comments, titles, metadata, images, files, archives, and links to external resources.

3. Prohibited Content

The following categories are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and permanent termination of access:

Material depicting the sexual exploitation of minors in any form.
Content that incites violence against identifiable individuals or groups.
Personal data of minors.
Malicious executables, ransomware, or destructive payloads.
Content that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

4. Content Review

All new threads are subject to administrative review before publication. Reviewers may approve, reject, or delete submissions at their discretion, without prior notice and without an obligation to provide justification.

5. Wanted Persons Notices

The Wanted section compiles public notices published by law enforcement agencies (FBI, INTERPOL, Polizia di Stato). These notices are informational only. Do not attempt to locate, contact, or apprehend any individual listed. Report any sighting exclusively to the competent authorities through official channels.

6. Data Retention and Monitoring

The following information is recorded for security, anti-abuse, and audit purposes: source IP address, user-agent, browser family, operating system, device class, request paths and methods, timestamps, and authentication events. Records are retained for the operational lifetime of the account.
